How to place an order for custom work, such as mother's bracelets, or something that doesn't appear on the website

It's easy! The benefit to having everything handcrafted is that we can easily accommodate commissions and special orders. The process might include sketches and photographs of various stones or proposed designs and a cost estimate. Once a sketch has been accepted, I do usually ask for a deposit, particularly if I'll need to buy stones or other supplies.
