Normal Wear Conditions

A word on normal wear... Normal wear and tear does not include a 2 year old hanging on your necklace or a baby chewing on your earrings. (Why, yes, I do have a toddler - why do you ask?) It doesn't include dropping a piece on a tile floor and having the stone shatter - stones do that when dropped on hard surfaces. It doesn't even include getting your bracelet shut in the door or stepped on or something like that. But we do want you to be happy - if you want us to try to repair the piece even if it wasn't a normal wear and tear situation, email us and we would be happy to try, with any costs and shipping both ways at your expense.

Remember, though we take great pains to produce quality pieces, handcrafted jewelry is more fragile than mass-produced jewelry. It's not meant to be worn to bed or for exercising, etc. In addition, silvery ever after pieces are not intended for children and contain small pieces that are choking hazards or lead crystal.
