We sincerely believe you will love your new silvery ever after jewelry and we stand by our pieces under normal wear conditions. We want you to be happy with our jewelry.

If, when you receive your piece, you decide you really don't like it, email us as soon as possible and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Code. Then ship the piece back to us, properly packed and insured and in new and unworn condition, within ten (10) days of receipt, and we will refund your purchase price, less the shipping costs.

If one of our pieces should break under normal wear conditions within the first six months of ownership, email us as soon as possible and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Code. Then ship the piece back to us, properly packed and insured. Upon receipt, we will either repair the piece (if possible) or refund your purchase price at our discretion.
