Who am I and how did I get here anyway?

Silvery Ever After is the result of a chance encounter with a good friend... I handed her a piece of jewelry I liked. She admired it and, as she was handing it back, said, "you could make that - and better too." Gotta love friends like that.

My name is Kelley Kelly. My background is in music and art. I'm a private pilot, a wife and mom, a Smith grad, an exclamation point addict, and, weirdly, both a girly girl and wannabe punk rocker -- all of which have played into my personal aesthetic for years. Making jewelry has become another way for me to express the joy and beauty I see in life. (You can read more about me periodically in my jewelry blog.)

Each of these pieces of jewelry is handmade by me. I love the play of light on silver and the gleam of natural stones. I love to bend wire and add beads and see what emerges. Each piece has its own personality, its own spirit. Just as we all do.
